eMusic does not work directly with unsigned artists.

eMusic features over 27,000 independent labels, many of them through their distributors or aggregators. If you are from a small label and interested in distribution through eMusic, we suggest that you contact an aggregator. We recommend The Orchard. They can digitize and deliver your catalog to all digital stores. All revenue derived from digital sales is combined and reported back to you.

If you represent a record label and are inquiring about making your catalog available on eMusic, please fill out the information below and click submit. Your submission will be reviewed by our content director. If we feel your catalog is a fit for eMusic, we will contact you. Please submit only one form per label.
